Un megaoperativo contra el crimen organizado desencadena una serie de amenazas de bomba en varios tribunales a lo largo de Chile
En una mañana de tensión y alerta, este jueves se registraron amenazas de bomba que afectaron a al menos cuatro tribunales en el país. Estas amenazas parecen ser una respuesta al megaoperativo que se llevó a cabo en el Cerro Chuño de Arica, dirigido a desmantelar la posible reorganización de Los Gallegos, un grupo criminal vinculado al Tren de Aragua.
Según se indica, un individuo anónimo llamó a la Central de Comunicaciones de Carabineros para advertir sobre posibles atentados contra varios tribunales del país, incluyendo los de Arica, Linares, Concepción y Temuco.
Arica: El megaoperativo que parece haber desencadenado estas amenazas implicó a más de 200 policías de diversas regiones. Durante la operación, se allanaron 37 “inmuebles” en Cerro Chuño, relacionados con delitos como tráfico de drogas, tráfico de migrantes, homicidios y otros. Mientras el operativo estaba en marcha, una llamada anónima alertó sobre la presencia de supuestos artefactos explosivos en varios centros de justicia del país, incluyendo Arica. Aunque los tribunales en la zona no fueron evacuados, se están llevando a cabo diligencias para asegurar las instalaciones.
Linares: En Linares, se espera la llegada de efectivos del GOPE de Carabineros de Talca para inspeccionar el Tribunal de Garantía ubicado en la avenida León Bustos. Como medida preventiva, se decidió evacuar a los fiscales, funcionarios y usuarios que esperaban sus audiencias.
Concepción: En Concepción, otro de los centros de justicia amenazados, Carabineros activó una verificación en terreno junto al personal del GOPE en las instalaciones del Juzgado de Garantía penquista. El fiscal de turno, Pablo Poucheau, dispuso la concurrencia de la BIPE, una copia de la llamada recibida e informar de lo ocurrido a los otros tribunales amenazados.
Temuco: En Temuco, se procedió a evacuar el Centro de Justicia, con las personas presentes en el lugar saliendo del recinto y esperando en el exterior. Poco después, personal de la policía uniformada llegó al recinto ubicado en la capital regional de La Araucanía.
El fiscal regional de Arica, Mario Carrera, confirmó la llamada y afirmó que “estamos investigando en estos momentos un llamado que señalaba efectivamente que había una bomba por todos estos procedimientos que estábamos realizando en el Tribunal”. Aunque no creen que la amenaza sea verídica, Carrera aseguró que se están tomando todas las precauciones necesarias.
