Sin duda alguna, el pequeño comercio ha sido una de las principales actividades que se han visto afectadas, en mayor o menor medida, desde los disturbios y saqueos del 2019 junto con hacer frente a las rígidas medidas sanitarias diseñadas controlar la pandemia. Sin embargo, existen algunas alternativas para poder adaptarse a la adversidad. Sobre todo, ante el apabullante uso de las plataformas para realizar compra venta de los más variados productos.
COMUNAL DE VILLA ALEMANA.- ¿Cómo nació la idea de ayudar a digitalizar a las tiendas del comercio, en conjunto con las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPYMEs y PYMEs) locales de Quilpué y Villa Alemana?
Paula SALINAS JARAMILLO.-Fue una idea que se me ocurrió antes de la pandemia. Conversando con conocidos comerciantes, me comentaban sobre el alto costo que se les cobraban por implementar herramientas digitales. Si bien m muchos de ellos contrataban dichos servicios, a los 3 o 6 meses se daban cuenta que ya no podían seguir solventando ese gasto, porque la comisión era muy alta. Y con el tema del coronavirus, muchos de ellos dejaron de funcionar, e incluso otros congelaron sus negocios.
Es por eso que comenzamos a trabajar en digitalizar y modernizar a aquellos negocios que realmente no pueden optar por contratar carísimas herramientas. Sin embargo, hoy nosotros podemos ofrecer servicios a un bajo costo, así como también para aquellos que deseen mejorar y actualizar sus actividades. Nos acomodamos a todos los presupuestos, entregando el mismo servicio de calidad que empresas más caras. Además, nuestro sello es el de mantener un trato más cercano con nuestros clientes, visitándolos personalmente y generando confianza, ya que para ellos somos cara visible y no una grabación o un «chat bot». Cabe señalar que pertenecemos a estas comunas, nacidos en Quilpué y con domicilio actual en Villa Alemana. Por lo que nos interesa de sobremanera potenciarlos y reactivarlos, ya que somos parte de esas comunas.
¿Qué es lo que le pueden ofrecer realmente a los clientes interesados? ¿Ponen a disposición varios productos en uno solo? ¿Por ejemplo: pueden realizar el sistema de carrito de compras para comerciantes que requieran del servicio de delivery y/o entrega express?
Actualmente ofrecemos los servicios de Soporte y Mantención de computadores e impresoras, Community Manager, Implementación de escritorio remoto, Secretaria Virtual y un sistema de Tienda Online (carrito de compras) conectado con una APP, la cual llamamos Wiki4Food. Esta aplicación la desarrollamos en un período de 1 año 1/2 y actualmente ya está funcionando con algunos locales de comida con entrega a domicilio o «delivery» en Villa Alemana a costo cero, a modo de marcha blanca. Este software lo adaptamos 100% a la imagen corporativa del comerciante o micro y pequeñas empresas (MiPYMEs y PYMEs) 100% personalizado y, si se requiere, se agregan funcionalidades extras sin costo adicional. El valor mensual es único y no está sujeto a cobro de comisiones. Puede ser utilizado por diferentes rubros, tales como: colaciones, comida rápida, pizzería, sushi, minimarket, etc. En resumen, cualquier negocio comercial que cuente delivery.
¿Por qué deberían elegirlos a ustedes en vez de acudir a otras plataformas similares?
Porque al ser de esta zona y tener clientes en diferentes rubros, conocemos de cerca las necesidades de las MiPYMEs y comerciantes locales. Además, nuestros planes y costos son bajos en relación al resto de la oferta y nos acomodamos siempre al presupuesto del cliente.
