Entre los proyectos que destacan para el próximo año, están el Centro de Tránsito a la Vida Independiente –que incluye un Centro de Autismo- y la continuidad de la exitosa estrategia “Cesfam a tu Puerta”.
De forma unánime, el Concejo Municipal de Villa Alemana aprobó este lunes el Plan de Salud Municipal para el año 2022, que fue elaborado por la Dirección de Salud de la Corporación Municipal de Villa Alemana, y que define los lineamientos de la atención primaria para el próximo año.
El instrumento fue elaborado de forma participativa, con trabajadores, directivos y gremios, y estará enfocado principalmente en acercar la salud a la comunidad, con una mayor vinculación con los territorios.
Así lo destacó el director de Salud de Villa Alemana, Alejandro Larraguibel, quien señaló que “es un plan que está desarrollado por múltiples actores. Está la comunidad presente, los trabajadores, los equipos directivos, el trabajo comunitario y, sobre todo, está el anhelo de muchos años de nuestros trabajadores de Salud de poder hacer salud familiar, de poder salir a terreno, de poder hacer trabajo comunitario. Queríamos cambiar e innovar, y creo que se nos está dando la oportunidad con esta aprobación”.
La aprobación de este nuevo Plan de Salud significa un hito histórico para la comuna, tal como lo indicó Erika Figueroa, presidenta de AFUSAM Villa Alemana: “Es un orgullo, porque este Plan de Salud de Comunal ha sido participativo, por primera vez. Yo llevo 38 años prácticamente trabajando y es primera vez que veo una organización de Plan de Salud de esta forma y primera vez que se aprueba a la primera de manera unánime. En realidad, siempre fue un sueño de todos nosotros de que esto fuera así y es un orgullo y un lujo tenerlo”.
LOS PROYECTOS PARA EL 2022
El nuevo Plan de Salud Municipal de Villa Alemana integra innovadores proyectos para el 2022, entre los que destacan el Centro de Tránsito a la Vida Independiente, que será un lugar donde se trabajará en la rehabilitación de personas con discapacidad, con la participación de distintos actores y también de la misma comunidad.
Esto fue destacado por la alcaldesa Javiera Toledo, quien afirmó que “es un Centro que va a ser un eje transversal, va a ser un centro donde la inclusión no va a ser vista como una enfermedad que necesita un tratamiento, sino más bien de cómo los incorporamos a la comuna de Villa Alemana y que la comuna completa sea sostenedora y contenedora, y completamente inclusiva”.
Además, este proyecto incluirá un Centro de Autismo, donde profesionales atenderán a niños, niñas y adolescentes con trastorno del espectro autista. Una noticia emocionante para madres y padres de niños y niñas TEA, quienes estuvieron presentes en el Concejo Municipal y aplaudieron la aprobación del plan.
María Ester Soto, integrante de la agrupación “Autismo Marga Marga”, manifestó que “estamos felices y emocionadas, porque este es un proyecto no tan solo para Autismo Marga Marga, sino para todos los niños de nuestra ciudad. El Centro de Autismo permite tener especialistas para personas que no pueden pagar ni sustentarlos, entonces ha sido súper importante, es un regalo tan importante para tantos papás”.
Además, el Plan de Salud considera la continuidad de la exitosa estrategia “Cesfam a tu Puerta”, que comenzó este año y ha permitido atender en sus propios hogares a más de mil pacientes al mes.
Karen Castro, coordinadora «Cesfam a tu Puerta», explicó que “gracias a esta aprobación podemos proyectar esto para el próximo año y llegar a más usuarios que están en las mismas condiciones de dificultad de acceso o dependencia. Nuestro proyecto iba a llegar hasta diciembre, pero ahora vamos a seguir al próximo año, que era lo que queríamos. Mucha gente nos llamaba para decirnos que querían la continuidad del proyecto, nosotros estamos felices y les damos la tranquilidad de que vamos a seguir atendiendo”.
