VILLA ALEMANA. En la pasada edición, realizamos una inédita e interesante entrevista al Dr. Rodrigo Testart. Médico chileno, anestesista y ozonoterapueta; con amplia experiencia nacional e internacional. En dicha ocasión, tuvimos el privilegio de ser uno de los escasos medios informativos que le dieran una merecida vitrina a la utilización del complemento
alimenticio Óleo3, en formato de aceite ozonizado y/o oxigenado; como un
efectivo coadyudante en el combate contra la actual pandemia. Tal ha sido el éxito del Óleo3, que nos hemos visto en la necesidad de hacer una segunda entrevista sobre ese interesante producto. Para ello, sumamos la opinión de un prestigioso científico, especialista en microbiología y doctorado en ciencias biológicas. Quien se ha unido al equipo del Dr. Rodrigo Testart.

Dr. Guillermo FERNÁNDEZ BUNSTER.- Hace 2 meses que comencé a trabajar en la empresa. Queremos demostrar científicamente la eficacia del OleO3, como complemento para combatir la pandemia por COVID-19; entre otros muchos beneficios. La primera fase consistió en recabar información
científica, consistente en rigurosas pruebas m i c r o b i o l ó g i c a s . Incluyendo la aplicación de la ozonoterapia como complemento contra el COVID-19 u otras infecciones; junto a su utilización en otras patologías, como las dermatológicas. Donde su uso ha sido mucho más
frecuente que en otras enfermedades.

¿Puede resumirnos en qué consiste el producto Óleo3?
Claro, básicamente consiste en ozonizar u oxigenar al aceite de oliva. Para ello utilizamos procesos muy específicos y con altos estándares de calidad. Eso incluye un grado de pureza específico en el aceite mencionado, el cual contiene grasas insaturadas. Esenciales para estabilizar el ozono. Cabe destacar que, durante el proceso, se forman compuestos oxidantes.
Donde destacan los ozónidos, compuestos derivados de la adición de ozono
al aceite. Cabe destacar que el ozono es transformado, por lo que el paciente
no está bebiendo ozono directamente. Además, en conjunto, se produce peróxido de hidrógeno. Todas esas sustancias poseen un sinnúmero de beneficios, como el de regular el sistema inmune o el producir
potentes antimicrobianos.

¿Cómo y dónde lo están produciendo?
Lo estamos produciendo en un laboratorio instalado en la quinta región. Cabe destacar, que hemos ido mejorando el proceso para producirlo; modificando los tiempos de ozonización u oxigenación del aceite
de oliva. El cual debe ser de primera calidad. Además, en un futuro próximo
queremos fabricar un producto con un sabor mucho más agradable, e incluso presentarlo en formato de cápsulas.

¿Qué tal ha sido la recepción del producto en la comunidad médica?
Existen una serie de tabúes en los profesionales de la salud chilenos, respecto al uso de la ozonoterapia. Sin embargo, esa polémica ha sido producto de que no pocos médicos, o profesionales afines, han tratado
a pacientes con ozono de forma irresponsable y sin los conocimientos y/o acreditación adecuados. Generando con ello, motivos infundados en su adecuada utilización en medicina. Tal como lo ha mencionado el
Dr. Testart, la ozonoterapia tiene solo un 0,0007% de complicaciones.
Hemos sabido que han tenido bastante demanda.

¿Cómo los pueden contactar, para aclarar dudas o realizar los pedidos?
Así es. A pesar de no haber invertido de manera importante en publicidad, hemos tenido un gran incremento en la demanda. Por ahora, seguiremos aumentando la oferta del Óleo3 en farmacias.

    – Marta: El aceite de oliva es prensado en frio, y posteriormente es ozonizado. El aceite de oliva es obtenido desde productores de la V región, donde se solicita que sea prensado en frio, para mantener sus propiedades extra virgen.

    – Norma: Oleo3 no presenta contraindicaciones con otros medicamentos, ni tampoco se ha reportado alguna interacción no deseada por parte de los consumidores. Es ideal tomarlo en ayunas, o en su defecto en la mañana. Esto es principalmente porque funciona como energético, y podría causar problemas al dormir en la noche.
